Wie immer gilt: viele Dauerl\u00e4ufe und ein spezifisches Training pro Woche. Ein Beispiel w\u00e4re: <strong>2 x 5km<\/strong> mit 10 Minuten Pause auf unserer Tempostrecke. Bei einer Bestzeit von 50 Minuten k\u00f6nnte man einen <strong>5:10er<\/strong> Schnitt versuchen. (Nat\u00fcrlich kann jeder sein eigenes Tempo laufen). <br><br>Das Tempo stimmt wenn man die Pause auch wirklich braucht.
